Please note that BridgeTech.Ai, its logo, and related names are not currently registered as trademarks or intellectual property with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) or any other intellectual property authority.

5. Client Responsibilities (If Engaging Services)

If you engage BridgeTech.Ai for Services, you agree to:

• Obtain all necessary rights, licenses, and consents for any content, data, or materials you provide to us.
• Review and provide timely feedback on deliverables.
• Comply with the terms of any specific service agreement.

6. BridgeTech.Ai Website Design/Makeover Competition

BridgeTech.Ai is excited to announce a competition for a basic website design or website design makeover. Participation in this competition is subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the specific rules outlined below:

• Prize: The winner will receive a basic website design or a website design makeover service from BridgeTech.Ai. The scope of "basic website design" or "website design makeover" will be determined solely by BridgeTech.Ai.
• Competition Period: The competition will conclude in August 2025. All entries must be submitted before this date.
• Winner's Responsibility: The winner is solely responsible for the ongoing monthly costs associated with hosting, domain registration, and any other third-party services required for the website after the design/makeover is completed. BridgeTech.Ai is not responsible for these recurring costs.
• Entry Requirements: To enter the competition, participants must:
  • Like the official competition post on the designated social media platform.
  • Tag three (3) friends in the comments section of the official competition post.
  • Share the official competition post on their social media profile (publicly, if required for verification).
• Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals residing in South Africa who are at least 18 years of age. Employees of BridgeTech.Ai and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
• Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The decision of BridgeTech.Ai will be final and binding.
• Notification: The winner will be notified via the social media platform used for entry within a reasonable time after the competition ends. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, BridgeTech.Ai reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
• Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow BridgeTech.Ai to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the competition without additional compensation.
• General: All other general Terms and Conditions of BridgeTech.Ai, as outlined in this document, apply to this competition. BridgeTech.Ai reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition or these rules at any time without prior notice.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BRIDGETECH.AI FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BridgeTech.Ai, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website or Services, including, but not limited to, any use of the Website's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Website.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BridgeTech.Ai. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
